There is so much in life to be thankful for. The blue sky if your able to see it, the smell of something yummy such as coffee, little plastic plates, the twinkle in your neighbors eye, the feel of love. If we don't look to the little things that are good we will never see the big things that bring us joy. There is imperfections all around us, but if thats all we choose to see we will never be happy. Our lives will be sullen and empty. Honestly, who wants to live feeling yucky all the time. Take a breath and always remember it's not as bad as it could be. Don't forget to smile because your breathing today.
